• Project Sail: Commissioners approved the 829-acre, 900MW, $17B campus 3-2 on April 7, 2026, and nearly 20 residents sued in Coweta County Superior Court on May 5, 2026 to void the rezoning over procedural and wetlands-review claims. No court ruling had been reported as of early August 2026, and the county has separately kept a freeze on new data center applications.
